This Tech Thursday I tried the Easy Zipper from Tech Owl. The designer of the zipper was Miguel. Miguel was inspired by his cousin, to create this.  Zippering dresses and skirts can be a challenge for me with my limited hand dexterity. My fingers have difficulty handling them and often times my husband has to help me.

Today I decided to try the Easy Zipper. I chose to try it out on my blue dress that was handing out to dry. The directions said to put a zip tie through the rectangular holes to secure the zipper pull to the device. I did not a have zip tie, so I used it without one.  I put the rectangular hook at the bottom of the zipper and pulled. It took a few tries but I was able to zip and unzip the back of my dress

I would recommend using the Easy Zipper if you have issues with hand dexterity. I found it easy to use and was able to have the dress zip and unzipped. Next time I may try it with the zip tie and see how well that works. .
